I honestly wish I hadn't seen this. It looks so delicious and so easy. I would make some but I don't have any peanuts or corn syrup. It's probably better than anything you can buy. Picture tutorial and recipe here. You're welcome. xo
Judy...I know. That's what intrigued me about this recipe. If you don't spread it out, it's softer because there are more air bubbles. I do want to try it!!! xo, Rosemary
I too have a microwave recipe for peanut brittle. I add a little extra butter and double the nuts. It is always crisp; never sticky. I also use cashews occasionally. Raw nuts are really better.
Donna....Thanks for the tips. I'll look for raw peanuts. Is yours any less hard on the teeth than the commercial stuff in a box? Do you spread it out or leave it thick? I like the sound of cashew brittle. Thanks. xo, Rosemary
I make a pretty darned good Peanut Brittle, or at least I use too. This photo does make one lick their lips. I'm trying to lose weight so all I can do is look.

Love the stuff, but gosh it's hard on the teeth!
