Bunny Mellon's Oak Spring Farm Estate, Inside and Out

Oak Spring Farm in Upperville Virginia. Read article here. View 35-picture slideshow here. I don't know about you, but I can't get enough. There are more interior views in the slideshow than I have seen thus far. Enjoy. xo

It's all very understated and elegant, isn't it?

Watched a recent video of her homes. Narrator said, ..." she lived with a motto of Don't Let it Show"

My curiosity is her early life and experiences in her early 20's.

The only people with gardens like hers, mine included, have had life turn them toward the nurturing/solace a garden gives.

Discovered Bunny before she was 'cool'. A joy to see her all over the internet and others adoring her too.

The best thing I like about this house is that it looks so comfortable and laid back, very "livable," and yet the furnishings and accessories are just exquisite. So different from the glitzy style you see in a lot of magazine pictures.

Should I find myself in need of a large home, this will be the one! In the meantime,I would take the cottage kitchen as is.xo Annette
