To Both Karens... I don't have a built-in microwave so I put mine in the pantry too and I love it there. I didn't want to feature it on the counter. It's out of sight, but still quite handy. I love white cabinets and dark counters too. xo, Rosemary
I had a client....whose whole house I was doing....she selected a stainless steel sink by herself.
I saw it, installed....and I vetoed it...and said....."it reminds me of biology class....and I refused to "pith and take apart a frog"!
The stainless steel sink went away! That is the only thing I do not like about that divine kitchen! (Am I not so lucky to have clients who care about that stuff??) I think so!
