I usually have a hard time going back to sleep once I wake up. I'm trying something new to see if it helps me sleep later instead of getting up at the crack of dawn. For the past two evenings, I have done a short workout with my hula hoop and it worked. I slept better and later. I did 10 minutes the first night, 12 minutes last night and tonight I did 15 minutes. Fingers crossed!!!

I admire your hula hooping skills, I was never very good at it. Exercise before bed usually keeps me awake so I'm happy for you that it is helping you to sleep better.
I awakened early this morning because of a crazy dream that I was having and I still remember it. It involved tree planting and digging, I'm a little exhausted from all that dreamy work.
Great timing on the update. I was wondering just last week if you were still doing the hula hoop! :-)
Victoria....I was very surprised that I went right to sleep in the middle of a TV program as I usually do, the first time I hula hooped at night. I was positive it would keep me awake but it didn't. So far, I've done it 3 nights in a row after not hooping for a very long time. I didn't forget how though. In fact, I'm better than ever. I'm sleeping later in the morning too and that's what I'm most happy about !!!
