I love the fact that there are so many beautiful, historic houses/castles throughout Europe. As an American, it staggers the imagination as to how they have lasted all these years. Karen
A truly lovely old home. Perfect symmetry. Would love to tour. Afraid I must agree that the chains do detract from its appeal, but if tours are allowed, I'm sure that must be the reason they are there.

It is gorgeous! I love the house.
Though I have to say I hate those white concrete poles with the chains. It really detracts from the beautiful house and setting.
