I adore everything in this welcoming entrance hall, especially the Dutch door. The paneling is beautiful and I love the landing on the stairs with a bench behind. There's a front porch too and I wish I could see this entrance from the outside. The season for opening the windows and throwing open the doors is approaching, and I can't wait. Have a great weekend. xo via
UPDATE: A blog reader named Jan found a link showing more photos of this summer house in the Hamptons. I'll take the guest cottage, please. Thanks, Jan.

There are a number of pictures of this house...including some exterior shots. :)
Jan....
Thank you SO much. I was going to dig deeper myself and try to find more about that house but got too bogged down with tax paperwork. I can't wait to see more. I'll put the link in the post with credit to you.
Have a great Sunday. xo, Rosemary
I'm glad I found it. I'm going to feature that house in my HOME TOUR Monday post! After one look at that foyer, I was hooked! Thanks for the Link!
Beautiful. I love the details underneath the bench. subtle, but thoughtfully designed, especially in that you avoid hitting a sharp corner as you pass by.
Oh my, this is so pretty. I'll follow Jan's link to see the rest. Funny, but I usually prefer the "caretakers cottages" over the main house too.
Hope you have a wonderful week.
