Breakfast fixing before assembly this morning. Life Changing Bread, 1/2 an avocado mashed with some organic lemon juice (Italian Volcano), and a 10 minute boiled brown egg.
I toasted two slices of my bird bread in the panini press, spread on the avocado and topped with egg slices. Finished with coarse sea salt and ground black pepper, it was delicious. There really is some kind of magic in this bread. It's so satisfying and I can honestly say it keeps me from getting hungry. So the name is perfect!

after watching all the inspiring health programs on pbs last week... i'm on a definitely more healthy eating regime. and your info and pictures are pure inspiration of the BEST KIND!!!
thank you! xo
and more please!
That breakfast looks delicious! I may do something similar. I am contemplating making your bread. It looks like so many nuts and seeds but I'll bet that makes it very high protein and keeps you satisfied!
This actually sounds perfect for my dinner tonight. I've not heard of the bread, but I will look for it. Hugs!
Bonnie...

Lana...I'm sure that must be why it's so satisfying. I am totally amazed too.

I have been reading your blog for awhile now--just wanted to say "thank you" for giving me something to think about as I drink my morning coffee.
I think my black lab Riley would enjoy the company of Webster!
I saw the Birdseed Bread on two blogs and wrote the recipe down but didn't have some of the ingredients. Also I wanted to know how it tasted. So, you can imagine how pleased I was to see it on your blog. I am even happier to see you are still eating it--now I have no reason not to bake a loaf!!
Joanne S....I didn't have all of the ingredients either but I did have quite a few of them. I'm very surprised at how long it lasts. I store mine in a bread wrapper in the fridge and it lasts more than than a week. I pay no attention to the suggested 5 days to use it all. And I eat every crumb including the seeds that fall away when I slice it. It's expensive and I'm eating it all. I hope you are as pleased with it as I am.
