I love the deer all dressed for the cold. Are these prints?

I know you'll take good care of Mr. Webster but please be very careful yourself, Rosemary. I don't want to hear of any slips and falls coming from the Beck residence.

Stay warm. You and Mr. Webster are surely enjoying hot oatmeal in the morning. Which reminds me...what are the benefits of steel cut over processed (other than...well, over-processing?)

Rosemary, these are absolutely charming prints. I have a friend who is an avid knitter and in my minds eye I know she would happily whip up these garments for our forest friends.

It's cold and windy and for the third school day in a row they have canceled school. We are not nearly as cold as those further North. I think you might need to rev up your wonderful fire again.

Such lovely images, I'm off to find a lovely cosy jumper to brighten up this dull day, xx

Gail....Don't worry about me. Caution is my middle name. I always have my cell phone in my pocket when Webster and I go out. Oddly enough, the cat went out today by herself but she didn't stay long. I made Webster wait as long as I dared and it worked. He made quick work of his bathroom duty in the woods and we came right back inside. Success. Yes, we had hot oatmeal this morning as usual. It's getting warmer. When we first got up it was 1° and now it's all the way up to 3° and rising. I really feel for the people in Indiana with no power. It's so cold in Indianapolis your eyeballs can freeze. Webster is wearing his red fleece coat and we are cozy, Hope you are too. xo, Rosemary

Io amo lavorare a tricot! Potrei fare sciarpe per tutti gli animaletti del bosco.
Per ora ho fatto sola un cappellino per il mio gatto. Vedi mio post del 24 dicembre.
Una abbraccio.
