Chicken to Table Breakfast

Farm fresh eggs from friends around the corner.

Two eggs with cheddar cheese.

Omelet
omelet |ˈäm(ə)lit| (also omelette) noun
A dish of beaten eggs cooked in a frying pan until firm, often with a filling added while cooking, and usually served folded over.

Ta Da -- My Breakfast this morning. Have a great weekend. It is cool and overcast and rain is predicted for later. I'm going to pull thistles from the flower bed beside my mother's deck today. Will my weeding ever be finished? Sigh.

Mama Pea....

You mean my so-called life, don't you?

Nope. It appears to me that you have a very well-structured, satisfying, happy life. Kudos to you for making it so.

My Dad gives me fresh brown eggs and they are the best!
I can make a mean omelet, add a splash of water to the eggs when you beat them and cook the omelette over low heat. Yummy.

How lucky to get fresh eggs! I eat eggs everyday, but please, no brown or well done marks on mine!!! xo

Stacey...

I like most things well done with the brown marks of being toasty and crisp, especially eggs. Otherwise they look like the microwaved eggs served on airplanes. Brown eggs call for brown marks.

Case closed.
