I'd say that's ivy covered, it looks like the ivy is making of meal of that cottage. It's a bit much for me as I would prefer to see more of the cottage which I'm sure is very charming.
I would think one might miss seeing the cottage driving down the road : ) I'd be tempted to call this cottage, Green Ivy Cottage.
Scientists at Oxford University found that ivy doesn't damage buildings but actually protects them with a "thermal shield".
