Portrait of My Wonder Dog Named Webster

click photo to enlarge
I haven't posted any photos of the wonder dog lately. Here is an old one I like. He's worried this morning because I'm out of dog food. I will make some oatmeal and mix in some cat food for his breakfast. He will be thrilled.

He IS a wonder dog.

I cooked all the time for my 22 year old cat. He adored baby food, different types. Sometimes 3 jars before he would decide "ok, this one today."

Tara...that has to be some sort of record for a cat. I once had an orange tabby named Peaches who lived to be 19.

You must be excited about Spring!

Rosemary, I once tried cat food, ok, I think it was actually tuna for our Oreo out of desperation of not getting to the store and she looked at me like I was nuts. I think I eventually made her scrambled eggs. Sara, Ohio

I don't know if the storm that's on our prairie is heading your way again or not. but if it is . . .
you'll definitely need to stock up!
I could just get right down in the floor and give Webster a HUGE bear hug!

Aw Webster. You are a gorgeous old guy. Marky loves it when I'm out of dog food. I put on a big pot of rice and he knows he's in for a treat!

Webster you are such a handsome, loyal and patient fellow. Don't worry, your Rosemary will never let you down, she'd give up her own plate of food to feed you.

you dont have to bother with a comment.I am worried you are feeding Webster cat food.As a certified animal hygienist,I can tell you any dog that regularly feeds on catfood is damaging thier kidneys.Catfood has way too much protien and taurine(?) for dogs systems.Feed him some veges or an egg if you run out of dogfood but never catfood.
