An English Spring

We are getting ready for the worst snowstorm of the season so far. By ignoring it and posting about spring, maybe I can head it off or at least lessen the severity. Cupboards are stocked, firewood is stacked, all electronics are charged, and I'm as ready as I'll ever be. I'm nervous about the high winds though. As long as we don't lose power I'll be fine. Cross your fingers for me and I'll cross mine for you if you're getting ready for it too. via

We too are prepared and waiting here on Long Island. We really are seriously thinking of getting a stand-by generator. I can live without electricity, but not without heat, especially with a two-year old grandchild who lives in our house. Good luck to you, Webster and the kitty! Here's hoping we all come out of it unscathed!

Thinking of you, Rosemary. Seems as though you've been hit by so many things, almost as though you're being tested just to see how much you can handle.
Show 'em, Rosemary. Show 'em.

The snow has started...right on schedule and it's coming from the north. The storm has been given a name too. NEMO is here.

Be safe and warm if Nemo is visiting you too.

xo, Rosemary

Rosemary,
Bantten down the hatches, my friend! Oh, and my house (in this picture) is the 4th one on the left! :-)
