Rosemary, Does the Multiflora grow wild around your cottage? What a pretty little plant. I believe you have the humidity that allows for some of the best "wild flowers". Or quasi-desert like weather robs us of some of the pretty little flowers, like buttercup. We get mustard seed and dandelion. Oh well, there's always seed. :-) Karen
I'll admit it, I'm envious of your wild flowers. Behind my house there is a wetlands and the only wild flowering plant in produces is ragweed. Ragweed=fall misery for me. I've never known anyone to be allergic to buttercups, they are such a happy flower.

Beautiful. The buttercups remind me of childhood and are so perfect and storybook cottagy!
J'aime beaucoup les "buttercups" qui font un joli tapis champĂȘtre !!!
