I took this photo last year -- don't remember when. I have big fat robins hopping around all over my lawn but they won't pose for a picture. Spring must be right around the corner if these birds are back, right? Have a great weekend.
We have had such a mild winter that all kinds of strange things are happening. That is a beautiful picture. I live the way the red breast color is echoed in the brick.
I love the big fat American version of Robins. Our Robins in the UK are only the size of sparrows with a much redder chest. I will never forget how my American husband laughed when he first saw the UK version :-) Lovely picture Di x
I love the American robin and I love the English robin. Both are beautiful birds. Robins in Georgia are here year round but most people here do not realize it...

the scary part is that we never had winter ...

Oh, what a beautiful photo! I just love it when a camera catches a bird so near. You took a lovely one!!
Here's another Rockin' Robin checking in, lol. I am hoping for an early spring, too!
I really love robins. We see them in the spring around here but then they must move on.
