I fully expected to wake up to a dusting of snow this morning but the weather report turned out to be much ado about nothing. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining one bit. This probably isn't snow in Scotland either, but a heavy frost. See you later. via

We got 3 inches of snow yesterday more coming. Last evening at the final sliver of sunset, I step onto the porch and prayed, as I look at the first star. I know it's winter...and Spring is only 60 days away. Smiles dear friend, Susie
To stand there in Scotland and smell the fresh air....and looking to the beauty all around me. You make me dream.....
My house!... love the picture, looking for a house like this (not many in Texas with this view). I know, bloom where I'm planted. Happy Friday.
wow! what a gorgeous setting!! I can see me lying under a thick, soft blanket, on a cushy bed in one of those rooms in that lovely Scottish cottage...all warm and cozy!
pretty place in the photo.
we are getting rain and more rain...the snow in our valley is gone, but the mountains are getting plenty.
This looks like hoar frost.
I dream of living in a house like that - idyllic!

Absolutely stunning.
Such great stillness.
I visited Scotland many years ago and to me it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
It looks like we will be getting our dusting of snow - and perhaps a bit more - in the NJ and NY area tonight and tomorrow. I hope that it is just enough to be pretty and not enough for the snow shovels to be put into service.
We finally got some rain...hooray. I love the image of Scotland. I've never been to that country but would love to go someday.

I keep telling my dear spouse that we need to rent a house in Scotland for a summer, I think this one would do nicely. We're running out of time and he hasn't taken me up on the suggestion yet.
