I Do Love A Good Trench

Some might view this as a bike path but to me it's a beautiful trench. I was out again today perfecting my trench on the other side of the road with my pickaxe and my bathtub is completely full of wet muddy clothes. I have to say I am feeling very good physically after all my hard work dealing with the water in the basement and on the road. Instead of going to the gym people should do some manual labor. Thanks for all of your concern. Last night's ordeal was nothing like Irene Sunday and I think the worst is over. xo

Oh my! I do hope you have solved your problem. It sounds like you needed to be in a bathtub instead of the muddy clothes. Rest well!

Rosemary, I deeply appreciate your reassurance and will sleep a bit more easily tonight because of it. But, it will be best when you are able announce that you have put away your wellies and pick axe for good.

I hope you weren't up all night vacuuming up water Rosemary. I checked your weather and sunshine is on the way but not for a few more days. Thinking of you of you, Webster and your mom.

Oh my, I miss reading your post just one day and disaster strikes. It sounds like you handled it like an expert.
I agree with you, the nations obesity issue would be non-existent if folks just got out and used their god given strength to take care of business around the house and yard. LOL.
