I have been searching for the perfect cupcake to serve as dessert at a bridal shower luncheon that my daughter and I will host in August. This is it, Rosemary. I'll make a trial batch tomorrow. After all, one must be certain to do a taste test before offering a new recipe to guests (this rule applies only to cupcakes). smile Linda
