I know what these tags are... people add them on shared image sites. The owner of the photograph can add them to tell viewers what products are, where they can buy them, and how much. Viewers can add them to ask questions about particular products or to make a comment or pose a question. You can find such tags in images on flickr.com. I'd say that the person who copied this pic, copied it as a screenshot. Otherwise the download would not have included the tags.
