Somewhere There Are Hollyhocks

A friend gave me some of her hollyhock seeds. Should I plant them now? Please advise. They are such wonderful old-fashioned flowers. image from Flickr

I love Hollyhocks!! yes you can plant them now... and plant them a couple years in a row because they are a bi-annual.. next year they will have foliage... but no flower... they are worth the wait though!! I try to collect seeds from every vacation... then I just scatter them and the come up every where~!!
