I've never seen crimson clover. I always plant white clover here at the cottage because it's best for the honeybees. I've been told their tongues aren't long enough to get the nectar from the other colors. Bumblebees (see next photo) don't have this problem. This field is absolutely beautiful, isn't it? Wonder where it's located?

clover grows wild everywhere here ,didn't know that about the bees & didn't know you could buy & plant it , I love watching bees buzz around "from a distance"LOL great post today!
