Yum! So cute. It's funny...I, too, have been looking at several different recipes for Bird's Nest Cookies to make for our family gathering on Easter Sunday.
The one I think I am going to go with is sort of like a coconut macaroon and has chocolate-covered peanuts in the center for the "eggs."
