Laundry Day Here At The Cottage

The washer is on the spin cycle right now. I can hardly wait to hang the first load on the line. The ironing board is up for quick pressings before putting the clothes away. It is going to be in the high 60s or low 70s today. So happy. Later, Rosemary

I've hung up my laundry most of the winter on a drying rack in the basement... I can hardly wait to put the first load outside.

I'm am totally jealous that you can hang your laundry outside. We live in a planned community and the HOA does not allow clothes lines or drying racks outside. I grew up in a house that had no dryer, all clothes were dried outside. In the wnter the laundry would freeze on the line. I don't miss that frozen laundry but I do miss the smell of those nature dried clothes.

I'm so envious. I'm anxious to be home by the end of the month and begin hanging outside too!! I've missed it so!
