Both the book case lined interiors(top, and the last photos) make me want to settle in there on a chair(or with a leopard print cushion, as in the bottom photo)with a book. So inviving.
If I had that room in the first picture, I would never leave! So many wonderful books and such a comfortable room. I hope to have a home library like that someday...mostly art books, though!
that first photo took my breath away... i want to move in... thank you for the great post.. hope you had a lovely weekend... so happy january is over!!! now the fun begins... spring is on its way! x pam

I love that first photo, too, Rosemary! From the molding to the bookcases to the light coming in ~ so much I love in a room.
I would love to have shelves like that for all my books! Swoon~ I could see reading in the big comfy chair with the sun shining in.

What's not to love? The French doors, crown moldings and wide plank hardwood flooring is beautiful. I also love the beamed ceiling in the third photo.
I have no idea where January went either. Time passes so quickly, we must savor all of the beauty our world has to offer.
Have a wonderful Sunday dear Rosemary and Webster!
Love from your friends,
