As an aside, it's very unfortunate that so many have devalued the thoughtfulness of the "How are you?" or "How do you feel today" type questions. It really perturbs me when people ask such a question and then launch right into their next thing to say. It's so very rude to ask a question, without wanting or giving opportunity for a response!
Sorry for the rant. Just one of those pet peeves I have. :-)
