I like to think that it was made in woodshop by a boy or girl. I took woodshop in 4th grade, so it could be a girl! It is the perfect height for holding my mug of morning coffee; it sits next to my computer chair.
The second picture is the real-life version found on flickr. Dogs are so smart and so wonderful!

Love that picture! I have a stand sort of like this that I use, too.
We have to teach Webster to do that trick!
Oh may..I do hope there isn't any HOT coffee in that cup!! What a talented dog!
What a coincidence reading this here this orning--Yesterday there was a dog who looked exactly like my dog in the Pier One catalog we got in the mail, sitting up and with a cup and saucer balanced on his/her head. I said to my husband perhaps we should think about trainng our own dog to do that and maybe get her in the dog modeling world(do they walk the "dog walk"?)
I am working with Webster who has a relatively flat head. I have no paper cups in this house so I am working with things that don't break. So far, it is not going that well. Will post any successful photos.
