HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE🎉

As usual, I will be enjoying on a quiet New Year's Eve in my cottage. The photo above is a closeup of my kitchen farm table centerpiece. The pine cones are real, the greenery looks real but it isn't and neither are the pomegranates. I have a really large wooden charger and it looks very festive full of these things.

I had to stand in the vestibule to take this night photo and get the chandelier. The countertops are still filled with Christmas cards and the sinks have dishcloths hanging on them. I should have neatened up more but the table is what I was trying to feature.

I haven't chosen a movie to watch tonight yet. I hope you all have a happy and safe New Year's Eve and a wonderful New Year's Day on Monday. xo

I love this photo of your kitchen. Absolutely no neatening up is needed. It's charming. The centerpiece on your table is perfect.

We are staying home to welcome in the new year, too, and there's no place I'd rather be!

Rosemary, I want to wish you a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!

Happy New Year's to you as well, Rosemary.

Your kitchen looks as charming as always.

We are over at our Sears "Winona" (1930) on the Eastern Shore for the holidays.

There is no fireplace, so we hang our stockings on the old cedar chest.

I wish I could figure a way to post an image; it is rather cute.

Cheers!

Guestie -- You should open in Instagram account. It's very easy to post images from your phone there. The stockings hung on an old cedar chest sound delightful. Cheers to a wonderful New Year. xo, Rosemary
