Life's Little Instruction Book | Volume II | Page 6

I have always wondered how the son turned out with all of this sage advice from his wonderful father? Does anybody know? Isn't #535 the sweetest thing you've ever read? Swoon.

Sunday Before Easter

I think I'm rested now for a full afternoon of real estate showings. This little rabbit is not sick, but trying to catch all the naps he can for next week. It will be the busiest time of the year for the Easter Bunny. I hope it's warmer than today. I was always so disappointed when I had to wear my winter coat over my new Easter dress when I was a child.

Winter Is Back

I had to locate my down jacket, my mittens, and Irish fisherman's knit hat this morning for a quick walk with Webster. It's freezing. Spring is on the back burner again. The warm weather we had for a while was just a preview of what's to come. I don't have snow but the ground is freezing again. Boo Hoo. Oh well, what can you do? Build a fire and drink hot drinks. Sounds good to me. Enjoy your Sunday. I'm having a lazy morning powering up for some real estate showings this afternoon. Later, Rosemary.

Wonderful Kitchen With A Great Sign

This kitchen would be wonderful without this sign but it is extra-special with it. Agreed? It is so much better than cabinets. Maybe not as practical but totally wonderful.

Vintage Marmalade Jars Decorate Pantry

I have two of these old Dundee Marmalade jars on my desk to hold pencils. They have all but disappeared from the market place. I used to find them at garage sales and flea markets on a regular basis. They look nice along with the other transferware pots in this pantry cupboard, don't they? Have a great weekend.

Beautiful Bathroom

I love the decor of this charming bathroom complete with antiques. I have always admired sinks on legs too. This room is so bright, cheerful and inviting. Good job.

Kitchen Dog Bed

This is right where every dog wants to be, near food and underfoot. What a perfect place for a built-in dog bed. Webster would love this.

More Trays On The Wall

I took this photo at a friend's house several years ago. Trays of all types really are a great wall decoration. Start your own collection now.

Tole Trays As Art

I found this beautiful photo recently and saved it but forgot to make a note of the source. Isn't it lovely? I love this collection of tole and paper mache trays hanging on the wall, don't you? What a nice way to display a great collection. Of course you know I'm crazy about that painted floor too. Happy Friday, the weekend is almost here. Rainy day again at my house but I got a lot of quality outdoor work done yesterday so I don't even care. Later, Rosemary.
