Rain Drops On My Four Leaf Clover

There is a misty rain falling at my house. Thankfully it is not the white stuff. I was lucky yesterday that we had a nice enough day to hang a load of wash outside. I was shocked that everything was almost dry when I took it in. I put the towels on the radiators and hung the rest on my overhead laundry rack in the kitchen. Everything was put away before I went to bed. Sleeping on line-dried sheets is definitely one of the best things I do here at the cottage. I'm still using my first batch of homemade washing powder too and will never be without it. I think I'll make another batch today. It's quick and easy.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday. Rosemary

Coloring The Leaves

I wish I knew how to do this with my photo-editing software. It would probably be very time consuming, but fun. Mother Nature is pretty amazing when you think of it.

Black and White

Look at the eyes on the white cat.
The black cat appears to be nothing BUT eyes.

Truly A Room Full Of Books

This room leaves me speechless. Book on the ceiling too. Awesome.

Getting Some Fresh Air

Just a quick snapshot from one of my books. We all need a breath of fresh air right now, don't we?

Another Amazing Collection of Books

This statue seems to be guarding the books, doesn't he?

Old House Love

I'm not sure I'd have the nerve to leave the walls "as is" if this bathroom belonged to me. I do think it's interesting even though looks unfinished. I've scraped wallpaper off plaster walls and have been tempted to walk away too. Getting down to the bare bones of an old house is never easy. What would you do?
