GiGi on orcas Island -- Town & Country did a fabulous job of putting together wonderful remembrance photos of Prince Philip's well-lived life. I keep going back to the site to see more. I am glad you are enjoying it too. xo, Rosemary
Wonderful coverage of Prince Philip. It's been interesting to learn more about him. I especially liked the photo of him and the queen laughing together. They made quite a union!
Pam -- I love seeing photos of the two of them laughing together. I just posted another photo essay you will like from the Washington Post. xo, Rosemary
What an amazing man, Elizabeth chose so well. When I was young I thought they were just like something out of a fairytale. He was so handsome and she was so beautiful. They have been there my whole life getting married the year that I was born. His funeral was everything I think that he wanted. Covid actually was a blessing for this couple as they were quarantined together, what a gift to spend that time together.
Rosemary I am sorry I haven't been commenting, alas I have a lot on my plate and most often nothing to say. I do view your posts every day, they lift me up. You continue to amaze me with your optimism and curiosity. Thank you.
The Queen Vee -- Victoria, It's always nice to hear from you. I know you have been a royal watcher forever, as have I. I watched the Coronation on TV in 1953 with my brother and my parents plus an Aunt and Uncle who came over to join us. I have been enjoying @theroyalfamily on Instagram lately and I'm sure you have too. I watchd the funeral live and thought it was lovely, Victoria, I often have nothing to say but after looking around on the internet, I usually find something to share. xo, Rosemary
