It feels like a September day instead of the end of October. The morning mist was still in place at the lowest point of my long and narrow property when I got up and headed for the coffee maker. I'm a big fan of fog as long as I'm not driving in it.
Looks beautiful in the mist Rosemary. I stepped out my front door at 6:30 this morining, it was dark and with the mist and fog resembled Victoria England. I loved it. Now the sun is out and it all seems like a dream. We are having a spectacular fall, I'm lapping it up like a thirsty cat.
What a lovely image! I like fog and mists too, as you say, as long as you do not need to drive. It is wet and grey here alas, no romantic whirling mists today.

Sigh . . .
Magnificent!

Simply enchanting. Foggy starts to the day seem to hold back the urgent need to hurry and if we must, it provides a gentle start.
Your property, no matter the season or weather, is lovely. Any chance to revisit this view is appreciated.

Your yard looks beautiful in the fog. It reminds me of Howard's End when the young man was walking through the bluebells.
Beautiful.
Lovely....like that in a fairy tale.
