Serene in Green

Here I am again, featuring my love of no color plantings, save green and white. It works so well here with the green shutters, doesn't it? This home must have the most amazing views from each and every window because it appears to be on the highest point. I love the idea of closing the shutters instead of drawing the draperies to darken a room. via

Gorgeous landscaping . . . and house!

Re closing the shutters to darken a room . . . what a pain in the patoot to drag out the extension ladder to do the upper story ones on a regular basis! ;o}

i'm thinking audrey hepburn had a white garden.
here in our oppressive oklahoma summer heat . . . when you come across one it almost seems magical. and even cool. and they're so beautiful in the moonlight!
