This beauty was on the broker open house tour and it was a picture-perfect fall day. I walked the grounds and took this photo of the back of the early house with my iPhone. It's for rent and vacant; I'd dearly love to see it filled with antiques.

I like it when there is greenery in the gravel. Just think. I know crabgrass..I have made friends with crabgrass. Go to Tara Dillard (google her and ask her) I am not kidding....you may make friends with the crabgrass!) Just try it! (you will love her anyway!!)
