Very late, but I happened on this picture. I believe the 2 facing are Eurasian Blue Tit juveniles. So, I would think they are most likely asking to be fed. It's hard to positively ID the other bird by its back. Would juveniles be that territorial? Not sure.

Those two telling of the "Eastern bluebird"; are not his babies......not asking to be fed.......he is being told "Scram! This is our territory!!!"
