Diane Keaton's Beverly Hills Home $10.95M

"What the mind knows the eye sees." Great quote.

Diane Keaton Re-lists Beverly Hills Home for $10.95M
'Annie Hall' actress Diane Keaton has re-listed her Beverly Hills mansion for 16% under last year's $13M price tag. Built by architect Ralph Flewelling in the 1920's, the 7-bedroom, 9 bathroom [9,000 sq. foot] Spanish Colonial Revival has re-emerged on the market for $10.95 million. Good luck Diane. I still love your glasses.

I love that last photo of Diane - she is just one of a kind. I did a post on this house some time back and found it quite interesting in style and architecture.

If she'd had any sense she would have listed it with you dear Rosemary! Note to DK: 'It's not too late to change Listers!'
