My dog is worried about the economy . . .

My dog Webster is very worried about the economy.

His wet dog food is up to $1.00 a can.

That's $7.00 in dog money!

A sweet doggie like Webster shouldn't have to worry about things like that! I am sure his mistress will SOMEHOW make sure he is well fed.

Thank you Miss Friday. My mistress took me to the bank and gas station today so I could get some free dog biscuits.

Thank you for your concern. Kisses to Jewel. Hope she is feeling better.

Love, Webster

Dear Miss Candy,

Do you have any recipes for dog biscuits? I love homemade treats.

Ha! That made me laugh. Your blog is so much fun.

Thanks for the Twitter help--I've needed more than usual today. :-)

Webster I'm worried about the economy too. 3.5 trillion dollar budget which my kids and grandkiddos will be paying on forever.

I enjoy your blog but have never commented.

But, does Webster get enough allowance to cover the now dollar/can of goggie food? I sure hope so for your sake Webster man!

Hi Rosemary, I am moved, yet again, by Webster. Do you converse with him? Is he articulate? I find some of mine are more so than others. LOVE THE PHOTO!!!!

Oh my, I truly laughed out loud upon reading this. So much so in fact that my brother yelled out from another room "What's so funny in there?"

He thanks you for the good laugh, too.

Tell Webster he had better cut back on buying all those fancy bath soap products and doggy jewelry!

Yes, things are tough here in Down Under Doggy World too. I noticed yesterday that the swish dog boutique down in the city 'Bark Avenue' has just slammed its doors shut for good.
