What a nice, relaxing setting! We really enjoy letting our pasture grow naturally. I love watching the grasses waving in the breeze and the birds and butterflies enjoy it too.
Pam -- There is nothing more relaxing than watching tall grasses sway on a breezy day. Turning your pasture into a meadow is a good thing. xo, Rosemary
It is pretty, and, as Pam said, it does look just like a pasture. I've wanted to change my very "groomed" back lawn into something like this, but with wild flowers mixed in - a wildflower meadow. I don't think it would be advisable in California though, with the big concerns we've had about fire in the last few years. We now have stricter rules about vegetation management and water conservation.
