First and foremost, the crisp white. The lights on either side of the entry door. The clipped boxwood(?) in the blue pots. The french doors to the right. The slate landing with beautiful graceful potted plants. Not so sure about the gravel driveway(?) but there made be a valid reason they had to do that.
