Hands down, the Royal Mail has the BEST stamps. I love these from The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. I pay almost all of my bills online but these stamps would make me want to mail something by snail mail.
Love these! I, too, pay bills on line, but for everything else, including small packages, I always use US commemorative stamps. Our USPS does some very nice ones.

I love commemorative stamps, but there is nothing as cute as Beatrix Potter stamps...wish the U.S. would manufacturer.
