PS--Tonight after dinner I did 424 continuous spins with my weighted hula hoop. That is a record so far! I want to be able to do 1,000 without stopping. That's my goal right now.

I also do hula. However I do not have the weighted one...Where did you purchase it? Need to get one.
Congrats on the hula hoop thing. I've never heard of a weighted one, but imagine you'll soon be sporting a 24" waist? Good luck on reaching your goal.

Congratulations: This is an amazing achievement and, when you reach 1000 "spins," which we all know you will, don't you suppose it will be the talk of sports commentators everywhere or, at the very least, folks into the spinning thing. Please tell us. Do you feel different - better, stronger, slimmer? Surely these changes are becoming evident.
