Not really...but I would prefer that all snowflakes hold off for at least a month or so. And you? via
It has actually started here even though it's 39 degrees. The tiny wet flakes are falling fast and furiously but aren't sticking...yet. Boo Hoo.
PS: A yellow county dump truck with a snowplow on the front and the back piled high with salt just drove past my cottage. :(

I think it would be wonderful to sit on that porch with a cup of hot cocoa and watch the snow fall. Lovely!
I'm envious of your snow. We had our frosts in the beginning of September--no more garden. And yet, here I am 7 weeks later and still no snow. Sigh.
Have a lovely weekend, Rosemary. It will be nice if you can sit at home and watch it.
That's unbelievable! But this image is so beautiful. :)
With the start of Winter less than a month away, I am hearing of snow on the East coast. We had snow in our mountains last week. It seems a bit early, but I remember a a snowy Halloween once when I was a child in Kansas. I was in the 1st grade and I remember feeling very miffed that I had to wear my coat over my costume.
No snow in ALberta ...yet :) Love this porch and how cozy it looks,,,do you think that is hot chocolate or a cuppa tea in the picture ? Have a great week end
Can't wait to get into my new room and watch the snow fly! Love the pic!!!
Delicious. I can see sitting on the porch with hot cocoa all covered up with a thick blanket and letting it snow, let it snow, let it snow...
My dream porch!
It's beautiful. I hope it's just a smallish storm and that it will return to fall very soon.
