What could be better than a brick house with a slate roof? I'm always drawn to homes that look to be low maintenance as I face painting my cottage next spring. This one was built in 1938 and I'm sure it has been updated inside and out. The gardens are beautiful too, aren't they?

Lovely. I love how the terrace appears to be carved right into the woodlands. Gardens are fab also.
