You're close enough to your neighbor that you can lean out a side window and shake hands with your neighbor next door. They need all the tax money they can get and squeeze on as many as they can per acre. They also build too close to the street, thus forever preventing any street widening. To top it off, the price is ridiculous! But plenty are paying the price.
