Luckily I already had a lot them in my pantry.
The organic oven dried tomatoes in olive oil from Costco are great and very versatile. I put them in salads, spread them on crusty bread and top with cheese and stick under the broiler for an easy pizza. All of the ingredients are organic too. I don't buy winter tomatoes because they are tasteless.
xo, RosemaryContent in a Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10075511188721176895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823162730236792476.post-32394565578129433562014-03-13T21:44:15.557-04:002014-03-13T21:44:15.557-04:00It looks interesting, but I'm not sure I want ...It looks interesting, but I'm not sure I want to invest in all that psyllium. Actually, the ingredients make this bread a little pricey for me, but I guess you only eat a little at a time. I'm intrigued by the dried tomatoes as an alternative to the ones in the stores all winter, which I never buy. The funny thing about reading your blog posts every night is I can't keep myself from clicking on the "You Might Also Like" posts, which I do like, and then I'm off and running and looking through all sorts of old posts. You have interesting tastes in many things.
