Beautiful Clouds at Dusk

I took this photo last night at 8:30 and I'm so glad I captured the beauty of the clouds against the dark blue sky. Well, can you believe how quickly June passed? I can't. I did a lot of end of the month paperwork today and now I have a clean slate for July tomorrow. Now it's off to my bedroom for some quality BritBox viewing. xo

How beautiful and what a beautiful photograph. I bet you never get tired of living so close to nature. I'm fortunate to live in an area where there are lots of wild animals. Yesterday there was an adult turkey in my back yard. I've noticed it hanging around my house lately. I'm not sure if the turkey was a male or female, but it was accompanied by numerous baby turkeys. So adorable! This was a new one for me, Rosemary.

That's a wonderful photo! No, I cannot believe that June has passed and July is here! Why is it that the days seem to go by faster and faster?

Lisa D. -- How exciting for you to be visited by a wild turkey and her chicks. I have them too in the way back where there is a pin oak tree. They love to eat the acorns. You are fortunate to live in an area where you still see animals in the wild. I keep binoculars close to several windows for quick spottings when I walk by. Happy July 4th. xo, Rosemary

Pam -- I honestly feel that time moves faster in the summer. Maybe because we are so busy trying to keep up with our outside activities and chores. I am hoping to have my house painted this summer and I dread the disruption. Have a wonderful July 4th. xo, Rosemary

tammy j -- Tam, I was amazed it was still light at 8:30 pm. I'm curious about what time it will get dark in the winter if we really go on Daylight Savings Time the year round. Glad you liked my clouds. xo, Rosemary
