I can tell you don't have to worry about coyotes. Free range chickens, along with small dogs and cats, get eaten around here.
Looks so chilly but the chickens don't seem to mind at all. It's all about hunting, pecking and eating for them. I think Hoar Frost creates such a dreamy atmosphere.
