Shower Head over Sink

I'm intrigued by this shower head over the sink. Is it for watering flowers or washing your hair? I've never seen anything like it, have you. Plumbers can do anything the customer requests I suppose. via

There are times when having a shampoo in the sink is handy, but this "shower head" looks to be so close to the edge of the sink, it seems it would be hard to avoid splashing water all over. A handheld sprayer might be more efficient. I vote for flowers and houseplants, which I did in the sink myself today. That towel is handy.

Interesting! Very small shower head, perhaps operated by a foot pedal, like the kitchen hot faucets. Maybe a pro basketball player lives there? Suppose it could be used for both, but looks like they would have to mop the floor afterward.

For shampooing I think the bowl of the sink is too narrow--lots of oversplashing. But for watering or washing plants--I think this is an amazing idea.

I would love to have a flexible shower head over the sink (ours is huge, wide and deep). I always wash my hair there and it would be GREAT!!! Thanks for the idea!

How curious! Definitely would make a mess trying to wash your hair there. And if it were just for arranging flowers or watering plants, why haul all that into the bathroom? (I'm assuming it looks like a bathroom, right?) So much easier to arrange flowers in a bigger sink such as the kitchen sink or take a watering can/pitcher to each plant. Yes, very curious!
