Dogs in Their Human's Bed

This photo is so dear and brings to mind the old days when Webster could still jump up on my bed and get really comfy.

Webster the Wonder Dog in his youthful days on my bed. His muzzle is completely white now but he's still very spry for his 13 years. He is loving his new grain free Salmon and Sweet Potato kibble from Costco and it really agrees with him. It got rid of his gas completely and that's a wonderful thing.

I took this photo this evening after our walk. Now to watch the evening news. See you tomorrow. xo

I bought some inexpensive dog steps at the pet store (wood with carpet overlay; got an inexpensive oriental rug fragment (from an old rug) had the steps covered in it (over the carpet) and our older and smaller dogs can get on the bed!) we have 3!!!!

Webster must miss being on your bed! I adore that dog!!!

oh thank you for these pictures of webster!
and rosemary...
i've been on the totally grain free and sugar free lifestyle...
i hate to call it a diet. because i will never go back to eating any other way now.
the amazing thing is that all joint pain is GONE. and food cravings. GONE. it's unbelievable.
it's the cardiologist's book ...
wheat belly. by doctor william davis.
he wrote about it in 2011... but has done further research and this is the new one i mention above.
he also has three wonderful cookbooks. you can still do pastries and baking. you just use other types of flours. almond ... coconut... flax... etc.
perhaps webster is doing well because he's not in pain from the grains! the main thing is he's doing WELL!!! xo♥

Our big dog sleeps on her bed, our little dog sleeps on our bed. We recently switched our dogs to the same Costco food and we had the same positive results, especially with the older big dog.
Sweet Webster is the best dog!

I love Webster! He reminds me of our precious black lab! She was our first baby and she lived to be 16 years old! I hope you will have your sweet pooch that long! He is beautiful!

tammy j -- I am so proud of you for sticking to your new lifestyle with no grains. I have the first book but never thought I could do it. I must look at the second one. Maybe there's hope for me yet. I don't have joint pain but I definitely have a wheat belly I would love to get rid of. Maybe I should just start eating Webster's kibble. I've never understood why there's nothing like that for humans.
