Hi there .. I try not to snack at night. My biggest challenge is getting myself to bed early. I don't know what happened, I used to be so good.

When I go to bed at 10p, I feel much better the next day .... I can only sleep till 6am no matter what time I go to bed.

Karen....I try not to snack at night either. I'm usually in bed shortly after 9p to watch tv in bed. I have a hard time staying awake until 11p and usually go to sleep in the middle of a show. I set my alarm for 7:30a but I always up way before that. I slept "late" this morning...until 6:45 and I was so happy. I need lots of sleep and feel off center if I don't get enough. A power nap on the sofa works wonders for me.

I've ALWAYS hated going to bed. It drove my mother nuts, the reason being is that I was an early riser and could get by on less sleep than everyone else. Well, not anymore, I'm so frustrated because the past two years I've started needing more sleep. I know I would be better off if I had a regular bedtime but I don't and often I'm up until after midnight or much, much later. I try not to snack in the evening but it's very tempting when I'm up late.
