More Watercolors for You

A watercolor of my cottage. I took the photo on the very first day I got an iPhone back in October 2011. Click here to see the photograph.

American Robin ~ Click here to see the photograph I took in back in April 2011. Did you download the Waterlogue app yet? I love it and can't stop playing with it!

Oh, Rosemary, you MUST mat, frame and hang that one of your house! I love it!

Mama Pea...I love it too. Maybe I will print and frame it. Especially since Hurricane Sandy took down some of the trees.

Lana...That's how I do it. I try almost every possibility every time before I make a decision. Sometimes I like more than one outcome and save all of them. Isn't it fun? I'm proud of you!!! xo, Rosemary

You must frame this for your cottage! It's beautiful.

Enchanting. Perhaps you could make these watercolors of the houses you sell as a gift to the buyer. Actually, it would be fun to have change of address cards made of a newly purchased house as a way to show it off to family and friends.

Anon....Yesterday morning I sent two watercolors to my buyers of their new home. They loved having them on their phones so they could show it off to their friends. I also posted a watercolor house portrait on the MLS for one of my listings. I used it as the primary photo. Now I'll have to wait and see if it generates more appointments.
I am so glad everyone is having so much fun with this app. I love sharing my favorite things.
