A Watercolor for My Real Estate Listing

One of today's comments suggested that I make watercolor portraits of the houses I sell as gifts and I will. The photo above is Piggy's house and it's for sale. I posted this watercolor portrait on the MLS as the primary listing photo yesterday. I have the regular photo there too. I can't wait to see if it generates any appointments. I feel like a broken record because I've talked about nothing else lately. Anyway, I wanted you to see this.
I also sent two watercolors to my buyers of their new house and they loved having them on their phones so they could show it off. I plan to make notecards for myself of my own cottage and I will print and frame one too. Now if I just had a robot to vacuum my house while I am playing on the computer, my life would be perfect!!!!
xo - see you later.

Showing Piggy's house as a For Sale item reminds me of the potential for his moving away. I have enjoyed his visits with Webster immensely and always look forward to his return. I admire your fortitude in getting out in the cold; it only makes me want to hibernate. But I'm headed today to take care of two pets for the weekend, so it does make a difference when it puts a jingle in your pocket. :-)

JudyMac----Yes, it's like found money to get paid for doing something as easy as pet sitting. I always use that money for personal treats.
Have fun.

This is a fantastic idea . . . and marketing tool? This would certainly catch my eye if I were scanning the listings.

Anonymous...I used the Waterlogue App for iPhone. I do everything from my phone. It also works on iPad and iPod Touch. I haven't tried it on my iPad yet. It's very easy.

I certainly hope that Piggy and his family will not be moving far away.

I am so excited about the Waterlogue app. Thank you so much for telling us about it. I foster rescue dogs and am thinking about giving a print to each new adopter.
Thanks again
